God speaks to us today through His written word. When God speaks to us it is always for our good. He only wants what is best for us. The same Word that brought the universe into being and calmed the wind and sea speaks to us today in the New Testament. When the Word speaks to us and we ignore it, we ignore a power that can move mountains and change the lives of those who obey.

2023 CONGREGATIONAL THEME

We have chosen the Epistle to the Ephesians to serve as the resource from which to address our theme and quarterly themes. The Epistle will help us understand the faith on which we build our personal faith. Ephesians balances doctrine and duty. First, Paul reminds of what God has done for us; then he tells what we must do for Him in response to His mercies. Christian living is based on Christian learning. The believer who does not know his wealth in Christ will never be able to walk for Christ.
The success of the home; our lives; and our congregation are inextricably tied to faith. It is only by and through faith that we can have any substantial achievements; successes; or victories. And in our rebuilding process as a congregation faith is the essential, foundational element necessary for progress. In the year 2023 we want to emphasize building our families; lives; ministries; classes; members; and leaders BY FAITH.
