God speaks to us today through His written word. When God speaks to us it is always for our good. He only wants what is best for us. The same Word that brought the universe into being and calmed the wind and sea speaks to us today in the New Testament. When the Word speaks to us and we ignore it, we ignore a power that can move mountains and change the lives of those who obey.

2026 CONGREGATIONAL THEME
“...yet I am among you as the One who serves...” Luke 22:27(NKJV)
“SERVE” is more than just doing good—it is the full embodiment of the Christian mission. Jesus modeled a life of service through preaching the gospel, caring for the hurting, worshiping the Father, and teaching truth. Our 2025 theme Connect is complemented and carried forward in a practical way as we Serve in 2026.
Furthermore, we anticipate ordaining additional deacons. In 2026 we want to emphasize their service to the congregation and support the ministries they will lead. Our theme will also challenge us to reflect Christ in four key expressions: Evangelism, Service, Worship, and Bible Study. Each quarter builds on the previous, creating a full-cycle of spiritual movement—from outreach, to in-reach, to up-reach, to deepening roots in discipleship. We will anchor this theme and our messages from the Book of Luke which details Jesus’ service in preaching, healing, and transforming lives (Luke 4:18-19)
